In 2020, the Nigeria Chapter participated in the National Chemistry Week (18 – 24 October, 2020) for the 1st time and hosted a virtual event on Tuesday, 20th October, 2020. The event featured:
- A talk on the Chemistry of Adhesives and Glues
- Social media time out to spread the word
- Virtual demos by student chapters
- Distribution of digital version of Celebrating Chemistry
